I have had work done by JB Home Improvement numerous times over the past 15 years or so. The scale of work has been from complete home remodel including a new kitchen to simply touching up paint and everything in between. JB's price has always been very competitive and their work has been outstanding. Just the fact that I have used them for my projects over 15 years speaks for itself.

Hamid and JB Construction have been wonderful. They've remodeled/updated 2 homes for me with perfect results. The projects were on budget and on time. I couldn't be more pleased and would definitely use them again.

Had a water leak in a bathroom and mold was found as well. Got bids for the repair all of which were extremely expensive. So I went to the Better Business Bureau and found Hamid. He billed a reasonable amount, was easy to communicate with and did as agreed upon. He did an excellent job. We even had him do additional work and again we were very satisfied. (ps, can't add a photo because I only have video)

Some times I can provide standard price depend on size of the job and amount material and labor over all we meet the home owner's budget
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with the client to determine the scope, budget, style and desired out come for a project is the first step. Getting to know your customer is a critical part of the design build process. A estimate is created with all the components and options requested. Upon acceptance materials and finishes are selected and ordered. Planning out the execution of construction, keeping the client informed through all phases is a must.
