Poor quality install , quick and dirty, pipes are not straight not secured. When providing a clean straight space it’s not acceptable to make it look worse than what is given to you and then come with some excuse that this is alright . Find a professional plumber who does quality , plumb work not some micky mouse work

The approved scope of work was to relocate the existing tankless unit approximately 2 feet and tie into existing connections and valves. The installation was completed per the written agreement and is safe and fully functional. The concern raised relates to aesthetic preference beyond the agreed scope. We offered to come out and provide a separate estimate for reconfiguration. We stand behind the quality and safety of our work
