Jacob is the best! I had multiple pool guys come look at my pool and none of them could figure out what was wrong and why my pool wouldn't stay clear. Jacob figured it out immediately and solved our problems! My kids can swim again! He is now my weekly pool guy and we've never had such an effortless summer full of blue water and ease. I would highly recommend him. He's been doing this a long time and you can tell. He always answers my calls and comes out if needed same day or next day. I would say he is very accommodating, prompt and knowledgeable. Highly recommend if you need someone trustworthy who is always there when you need them!

My family and I cannot say enough good things about Jacob and his pool company.
We were brand new homeowners when a neighbor recommended him to us. We had just taken over care of the pool and were frankly terrible at it. I wish I could have taken photos of how the pool looked before because it was almost unsalvageable and then he turned it into something actually usable, beautiful and somewhere I now never want to leave!
Consistently prompt, and a great communicator. I cannot recommend him enough and I wish he specialized in more fields so I could hire him for more things. 5 stars.

Paragon pool services is undoubtedly one of the best pool maintenance and repair services in the market. With their highly professional and courteous staff, they offer exceptional services that exceed customer expectations every time.
Jacob takes care of all my commercial properties he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is properly working while maintaining perfectly clear pools. Anytime there is a problem, he shows up the same day and solves the problem with ease. I highly recommend.
