I use an app to create custom training plans for you. You receive unlimited support with online messaging and workout changes as needed. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always do a free fitness assessment when training someone in person. This way I can get to know the client's goals, injuries, likes, dislikes, and overall temperament. This helps me to create an individualized program my client will be able to stick with. For online clients, I schedule a free initial phone call or Skype call to do the assessment. Just like with an in-person client, I make sure to listen and pay attention to things the client tells me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always reading new articles and books to continue to further my education and learn about new research and developments in the fitness industry. As a member of IDEAfit I am able to access continuing education courses which are fantastic in keeping even the most educated personal trainer up to date.
