Kristi is awesome! She's knowledgable, creative, energetic, and listens to your needs and goals. Her passion for fitness and nutrition comes through in every session. She's willing and able to make modifications to my training program and my nutrition plan as needed. She helped me create a nutrition plan to match my workout routines and supports me through my Fitbit app and My Fitness Pal food tracking. Kristi is also always available to contact for advice and support through multiple channels - SNAP team, social media, phone, etc. I've been a SNAP Fitness San Mateo member since summer 2015 and I love coming to the gym. Kristi and her team have created a fun and casual environment to workout!
