Allano did an exceptional job on my carpets, sofa and loveseat. It was the most thorough and high quality work I’ve seen. He arrived at 10 and left at 6. He moved all the necessary furniture, cleaned every corner and crevice, and removed a stain I was unable to remove for months. I will be requesting his carpet and upholstery cleaning services for the rest of my life. If you care about work quality and professionalism you will hire Allano!

Outstanding! My carpet was dirty. I didn't realize how dirty. Allen must have made three passes on my carpet until the water from the rug machine look much clearer. Paid more attention to stains than anyone/company I have ever had clean my carpet. Better than Coit, Stanley Steamer and others. If there were 10 stars I would fill them all in! Obrigota Allen.

I needed to steam clean carpets after moving out of an apartment. Allano arrived promptly and was extremely professional. He immaculately went over every square foot of carpet and managed to remove old stains and discoloration. He made sure that everything looked pristine before leaving and was a pleasure to work with! Great value for high quality work - 10/10 would recommend him to anyone in the Bay Area / SF who needs steam cleaning services!

My dogs never makes mistakes on our bedroom carpets... but this time, our older one had upset stomach and went on our carpet. Since it was a few months away that I would steam clean our carpets again and my regular guy wasn't available, I thought I tryout Dr Carpet. Allano said he could do my one room this afternoon and he showed up exactly on time. Allano's work is so meticulous that I don't think I'm going back to who I was using before. I only wanted Allano to do a general cleaning and deodorize the carpet. He found drops of my wife's hair dye on the carpet and it was gone. He found 2 other stains I didn't even know was there. Since I have a security camera in my bedroom, I was able to see how detailed his approach to cleaning is. Yes, I would not hesitate to rehire him for future jobs. Note: Allano speaks fluent Portuguese but is limited English. He uses a translator with issue when he doesn't quite understand.

Absolutely the best carpet cleaner ever. This was a 4-bdrm move-out property and carpet was very dirty with lots of stains. I thought it would have to be replaced. Allano arrived at 10AM and did not leave until 6PM. To say that he did an incredible job is an understatement. The carpet looked like new. The stains were gone! I don't know what miracle he used but it was incredible. He could have charged double and I would not have argued. I can't praise him enough. I would definitely ask for him again.
