I was looking for help cleaning the sofas, rugs, and carpet in my room. I found ProcleanX on Thumbtack and messaged them for a quote. They responded within a few minutes and told me they had a team member nearby who could come to my place to take a look at everything that needed cleaning and provide an estimate. The team member, John, arrived within an hour, inspected everything, and told me he could come back the next day to clean it all at a very reasonable price. Honestly, all of my sofas, rugs, and carpet were extremely dirty—even before I moved into the house. I knew some of the stains might not be removable because they were very old. However, I’m so glad that John was able to help clean everything. The sofas look like new after the cleaning, and the wool rugs and carpet also look great.
