I work on contractual basis upon approved quotations and turnaround times. There are three levels of project fulfillments; conceptual, pre-bid compliance; and full drawings sets to provide permit submission and requested revisions as needed. I work from information, photos, sketches, and specifications provided by customers and from copies of the planning department's specified drawings requirements. Quotations are more precisely determined according to quality of information provided by a customer. A questionnaire and data sheet is provided to assist the customer with knowing what information is required.See more
