From the very beginning, Ben was professional, transparent, and detail-oriented. He walked me through the entire process, including securing the necessary city permits and clearly marking all underground utility lines to avoid any issues. His attention to detail and proactive approach gave me complete confidence in his abilities.
During the project, we encountered an unexpected challenge: two segments of a corrupted underground sewer line. Ben handled the situation with remarkable professionalism and flexibility. He coordinated seamlessly with my plumber, adjusting his team’s schedule to allow for the replacement of a total of 40 feet of 3” sewer lines. Additionally, he replaced the incoming copper water line without any delays or complications. This level of collaboration and problem-solving truly set Ben apart.
