He did an excellent job on both of my pups. But the absolute best thing ever was after he bathed each one (at a time) he opened the grooming van door, and my dogs could see me, and they got visibly relaxed, smiling, panting, and wagging their tails. You don't get that at a groomers because you drop them off in the am they keep them in a cage while each piece of the process (wash/brush/dry/cut...) is done in separate intervals, so the grooming takes many hours, and all of it in-between in a cage. My pups deserve better, And they got it here.

My cat does not like to be groomed, but she had mats on her stomach and she had to be groomed. Brandon actually handled my cat while his assistant handed him the tools he needed. It was an excellent trim job, but what impressed me the most was Brandon‘s sensitivity to the feelings of my cat. He would work for a while, pet the cat calmer down, hold her give her a little love speak nice to her. That was the part that I appreciated the most. He was kind and sensitive, and of course very skilled.
