Standard Rates: $125/day — House-sitting with one dog or cat $25 — Each additional dog $10 — Each additional cat Holiday Rates: December 24, 2026–January 3, 2027 $165/day — House-sitting with one dog or cat $45 — Each additional dog $15 — Each additional cat Emergency/Last-Minute Rates: Bookings made within 48 hours (2 days) of the requested start date are charged at the holiday rate above for the first 2 nights.. Cancellation policy: All bookings require a 20% deposit to hold dates. Refundable if canceled 7+ days before sitting was to start. • Cancelations 7+ days prior to the start date receive a full refund. • Cancelations made within 7 days of the start date are charged 50% of the booking total up to 7 days. • Early returns, shortened stays, or schedule changes after the booking begins are not eligible for refunds. • No exceptions unless due to documented emergency and approved at my discretion. Dog Training: Basic reward based dog training. $60 for basic 30 minute session.
