Danilo and his team did a great job for demolition of an old house. Their work was done in professional way with great work quality. I do not have any complaints and strongly recommend them.

Danilo does really great work. Although the original work was just to waterproof the balcony he did extra work to level the surface before applying the epoxy. The balcony looks like the first time we moved into the house. Really great work.

San Mateo Painting & Demolition did a great job rebuilding two large walls of my house due to extensive dry rot. They used the best materials and paint and their workmanship is first class. They even fixed the leaky gutters and a window too. The house looks brand new!
The job only took three weeks and we are very happy. I would recommend them for any home repairs.

Danilo was very responsive, punctual and thorough. When he worked on repairing bath/shower wall tile, he discovered dry rot and helped replan and do the repair properly. We also had our flooring in the house done. The job was done quickly and neatly. It was hassle free.
