Noel responded quickly to my last-minute request and was able to accommodate my request on the next morning. He showed up early with his equipment and started the job right away. The manufacturer missed shipping some screws, but Noel provided them for me at no cost. I also had a few small repairs, and he was able to fix them right away. He is professional and charges very reasonable price. I will hire him again for sure.

Noel did a great job replacing all of my screens on my windows and 2 porch sliding doors. He also repaired the sliding screen doors! He also had different options for the screen material. He was responsive, tidy, and at the end made sure everything was working properly. I would definitely hire him again.

As an out of state homeowner arranging for someone local to be my eyes and ears working with contractors can be challenging. My son in law works locally and planned to meet Noel for the bid assessment. At 11pm the night before there was an unexpected call off by staff at a distant location that my son in law needed to cover. Noel worked with me for the next half hour flexing his schedule while my son in law did the same until they both made it work. The next morning Noel bid the job offering to match a previous bid and completed the job on the spot to our satisfaction saving us all time and trouble. Time was of particular importance as the window for exterior painting weather is closing. Thanks, Noel, for working with us!
