Hope has been in the healing and massage community for over 10 years, beginning her own practice in 2009. Hope excels in learning and blending the healing techniques of Eastern traditional medicine and Western medicine and has been involved and learning native American healing her whole life. She is highly skilled in the following disciplines: myofacial release (MFR), deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, shiatsu, aromatherapy and facilitated stretching.
