Very polite and positive on initial meeting for quote. Very reasonable price for services (best quote we received.) Arrived on time & went straight to work, was helpful & friendly, worked efficiently (even when encountering a difficult part of the job.) Finished in good time. Would definitely hire again.

We had some projects in our apartment and we called Felix because a friend of us has recommended him. I have to stay I was very satisfied with him. He has done an incredible job in my apartment. He has helped us fixed some broken screen doors, worked on my kitchen faucet and also he has done an amazing job painting our living room and daughters room. He is professional and always punctual. What I like most was he explains the project and any potential issues upfront, very detail-oriented and very honest. Also cleans up after the project is done! I have couple of more projects for this year and plan to ask Felix to help again!

I’m no to expensive nor to cheap. I don’t like to rush activities because I always expect quality.

I like to meet with the customer to see his/her needs and analyze all the activities to be executed

Experience: Building houses from foundation to roof Home remodels, renovations, finishes etc School: Bachelor of Arts degree in teaching. Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration Associate of Arts degree in Construction Management. Expected in 2018
