As others have noted Sal (owner) is friendly and responsive. A good communicator as to availability and response times. Did a nice job pruning some shrubs and adjusting sprinklers. Now on to monthly maintenance which the yard needs.

He failed to finish the entire agreement, leaving the job incomplete and failing to return as promised. Paying him for only a portion of the project was a mistake, as now I have to find another person to complete the work he originally committed to. On the day he was supposed to come back, he just didn’t show up and stopped answering calls and texts. Unreliable and unprofessional
