Gilberto did an amazing job holding down the fort for a party of about 30 guests. Friends were raving about the drinks even after the party. I gave him a challenge to do some really fun drinks like a Royal Julep or Brandy Kir Royale, and he executed super well. I let him handle the mocktails, and those were a hit with both drinkers and non-drinkers. Every drink he served was either as good as or better than what you’d find in most SF restaurants and bars.
Also, Gilberto is very friendly and easy to work with and would answer my questions via text within a few minutes. During the event, he also walked around collecting glasses which was really nice of him. He also brought a bunch of really nice touches to the bar such as water station, etc.
He’s definitely not going to be the cheapest option but you and your guests will enjoy your special event much more with Gilberto manning the bar.
When I’m hosting my next event, Gilberto will be my first call.
Gilbert was very professional. He has a great setup. Showed up on time, set up on time! He even had an additional person who was delivering drinks out to my guests which was awesome! Drinks were very well made and guests loved them! Gilbert’s pricing isn’t cheap but he is well worth it! He provides a great service, will definitely be using him again next year for our Christmas party!

Gilo serviced a staff get-together at my home for about 30 people. Gilo was phenomenal! He was prompt, professional, and very attentive. The bar set-up looked fantastic. When folks were not at the bar, he walked around to the guests to make sure they had what they needed. I highly recommend Gilo. Support small businesses!
Gilberto was simply amazing! He created a tailored cocktail list for my husband’s 40th birthday party and used all hand-squeezed fresh juices to make the most delicious and innovative drinks. Our guests absolutely loved him. 10/10 would recommend and will be booking with him for future events!
