HOW WE DO BUSINESS: We make it easy to do business with us via HoneyBook, which makes signing contracts, making payments, and collaborating a breeze, streamlining communication between the client, vendors, and our coordinators all in one client portal! OUR PRICING: There is no one-size-fits all price for any event as each one is different. Our pricing is based on the scope of work required, logistics, guest count, service duration, distance, etc. This is why we require a consultation so we can get the full details of your event so there aren't any surprises. We don't have your party just sitting in our magic warehouse waiting on your call. We usually will have a quote in 24-48 hours for events. Also, be realistic, Amazon doesn't ship the balloons and arches blown up and constructed in the exact way you want, hence there is an offsite labor component that you'll pay for (if you want it done right and on time). YOUR PRIVACY: We never share your contact information without your consent. We never see your credit card information as our payments are processed via 3rd party, encrypted platform (HoneyBook). OUR CERTIFICATIONS: All of our bartenders are CA Department of Alcohol and Beverage Control - RBS Trained and Certified, which makes us PERFECT for your next private event! Our Event Staff have their Food Handler's Certificates on file, so we are ready to serve and assist with food preparation should the need arise! **DISCLAIMER** Regarding Interacting with us via this platform: WE HAVE TO PAY WHEN YOU REQUEST A CONTACT (current average as of September 2024 is $57.41 per contact), and as a Top Pro, we pride ourselves on our responsiveness and professionalism. Just let us know so we don't have to pester you. We don't like calling every 2 days and leaving a voicemail and sending endless texts and emails just like you don't like receiving them. Put your big adult pants on and tell us "YES", "NO", or "I'm still looking and will have an answer for you by (Date)", otherwise expect a call every 2 days until you give a DEFINITIVE ANSWER. It really is that simple. We are expecting the person who has reached out to contact us is an ADULT and can make ADULT DECISIONS. MAKE A DECISION WITHIN 7 DAYS OR THE PRICE GOES UP. As the philosopher Fat Joe said, "Yesterday's price is not today's price." You'll pay for waiting. Matthew Miller was quick to respond to my request and submitted a proposal that fit my needs and my budget. While he was on site, he was personable and professional and needed minimal direction. Several people at my event went out of their way to tell me how wonderful he was. He took photos with everyone's phone, packaged leftovers for people to take with them as they left and kept the buffet area clean and tidy during the party. Working with Perfection Unlimited LLC was one of the best decisions I made for the event.

Matthew and his crew were extremely helpful for our wedding celebration. They worked tirelessly and diligently for over 4 hours. Meshawn and the team at Perfection Unlimited were our Coordination team for our October 2023 wedding. We could not have asked for a better team to coordinate our unique wedding ceremony that was a surprise to our guests. After connecting with PU via Thumbtack back in mid-2023, we spoke with Matthew who immediately understood the importance of our vision. Our wedding was held at the New Parkway Theater in Oakland, Ca. It started off as a friends and family screening of a short film (the Bride was the director, the Groom was a crew member). Then, during the post-film Q&A, we revealed to our guests that we were getting married right then and there in the theater. Not only did PU coordinate a film screening complete with red carpet, step & repeat photos, food, drink, DJ and more, but they helped transition into a full wedding ceremony. Meshawn ran point on everything: rehearsal, procession, recession, cake, etc. Stellar team members, Angel and Rakisha, executed everything flawlessly. Angel acted as the special events coordinator, making sure our tech was on point (sound, picture, graphics, everything!) and she even made a reel for us to post on our socials. PU was up for the challenge of our 2-in-1 surprise wedding/film screening, and they rose to that challenge with much aplomb. For what we asked for, they could've up-charged us greatly. PU made us feel heard and seen throughout the process. We wanted our wedding to be a collaboration between BIPOC businesses and creators celebrating what we can achieve when we work together. Thanks to PU for what they promised, perfection.
