When I realized that the awful smell that contaminated my clothes was coming from closet, I send a quote to 5 companies that I found on Thumbtack. Sterling was one of the first who responded to my message. I called him & explained my situation. Sterling acted super professional. He right away explained to me how serious healthy wise mold was and highly suggested to move out if the apartment for sake of my health. I wanted to start mold removal procedure ASAP, which Sterling was able to accommodate even though he was super busy with other clients. He came to my apartment for evaluation and agreed to start the work literally the next day, as I have a minor child and a pet. I have also contacted other companies on thumbtack, which list mold removal as their services, one of which did not work on mold removal, another company could start the work only in 2 weeks, 2 other companies did not respond at all. Responsiveness & quick response when it concerns issues affecting your health are super essential for me, that is why I chose Sterling & his workers to take care of my mold issue. After the work was completed, Sterling gave me instructions about what measures I need to take not to have mold in the future, one of which was purchasing a really good quality air purifier to be working inside the closet, so that air got purified, as it did not completely clean out. With COVID all deliveries are delayed, and Sterling was super kind to let me borrow his machine which helped with ventilation on my apartment until my air purifier was delivered. Sterling and his company does truly deserves the best review, as they definitely deserve it based on their professionalism, excellent quality service & always quick response to any questions that I had in regard to mold issues. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THUS COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO US UNFORTUNATE TO GET TO HAVE A MOLD ISSUE.

Did a great job cleaning old, synthetic carpet. Being experienced, they knew what they were doing. It made a big difference. Now carpet looks years younger. They are also very professional. Would definitly hire them again! Oh, and they did some extra areas without charging me. So nice!

We were very pleased with SupraClean and the job that they did. They were easy to schedule, very professional, on time and their price for the job was very reasonable. They cleaned rugs in three bedrooms, a hallway, a flight of stairs and very large living room. After two years with a dog and baby, the carpets looks like new again. I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.
