Fabio is a rarity in that he is super responsive, excellent communication, and very thoughtful in his work. He’s taken on a number of jobs for us so far including patching and painting, prepping an exhibit cabinet and installing a dishwasher, installing a bathroom fan and other jobs. We will definitely continue to use Fabio for future work!

We had a very good experience working closely with Fabio to do a NUMBER of projects at our property. From painting, to floor installation in our half bathroom, to installing a vanity (which proved tricky for the size), he was thorough and paid very close attention to detail! He was professional and took notes in our first meeting. We are very happy with the quality of the paint job as well, and his assistant who came with him was helpful and pleasant! We intend to hire him again for our next project.

Pick FAS and you will be happy you did! High quality work and very reasonable price. Fabio took time to get the project done right and kept me updated about best choices at every step of the way. The project turned out to be a little bit more complex than expected and FAS was great at discussing options while still delivering the highest quality. I had three quotes before picking FAS. You can see the bifold doors he added to the closets (one open and one closed to see the workmanship).

The price described on the profile is for only one person but if two people are required , the price will increase to $22.00 extra per hour ! we are always honest and if we make a mistake, we not only cover materials and time spent will not be charged !
