I can't say if they would have done a good job or not since they didn't bother showing up on time and I couldn't wait for them any longer. We agreed around 10 AM-noon and I got a phone call from damon saying his electrician would be there soon. At 10:30, his electrician called and said he would be here in half an hour. At noon, I had to leave to go to work myself, and while I was driving to work he called. I checked his message and he said he was ten minutes away. At 12:30 PM, he called again saying he was at my address but I was already at work. I waited as long as I could, and I understand that scheduling is difficult, but I gave them a 2 hour window of availability and they still couldn't make it. I know my problem was probably a low priority and they maybe had other clients to see, and that's cool, somebody was going to get squeezed out, but it sucks that it was me and now my issue got delayed another day because they couldn't make it on time.

Hi Jeremy, Thank you for taking the time to write an honest review. I really wish that you wouldn't have placed the 1-star as we weren't able to do the job for you at all. Things do happen. There were unforeseeable events in the first job and it was our duty to finish the work we had already started. This does not mean that you were squeezed out. We were in constant communication with you and we could have easily rescheduled and placed you as number one priority with a discount; however, you didn't give us the opportunity. You said, "no, I don't want to reschedule." I understand the frustration, but we don't feel like it was a very fair review. Nevertheless,, we appreciate you and your time. Like I said, things do happen as with our every day life, and this could've happened to your project if it took longer than 2 hours to work on. The ratings are very important to us and we do everything to make sure our clients give us great reviews We don't leave a job until they are 100% satisfied, and if not, we will reschedule to continue to work to ensure we get a 5-star rating like we have been getting. However, we do not need a defamation of character especially if we did everything that we could. Like you said in your first sentence "I can't say if they would have done a good job...", so why did you even give us a rating when you did not even allow us an opportunity to service you? I want you to know, that your 1-star (which is not warranted) affects the livelihood of our employees who work hard everyday to make sure that all of our customers are 100% happy. I hired Damon to assemble a very complex steel roofed gazebo that included almost 300 parts plus over 350 fasteners (screws & nuts). Damon’s team arrived precisely at the appointment time and I was impressed that they had taken the time to view the hour long on-line assembly video on the day before. They quickly and professionally laid out the materials and started work. Damon and his assistant performed the assembly while Damon’s wife expertly followed the 40-page instruction manual providing proper part sequencing and assembly guidance. I watched the team work flawlessly together and they completed the complicated project in a minimal amount of time, expertly resolving some of the mediocre instructions the manual provided. I felt that Damon’s bid on the project was very reasonable for the level of effort required. All three team members were extremely pleasant, easy to work with, and made an extra effort to please. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the finished product and I give Damon my highest recommendation. He will be the first person I contact for any future projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing system varies from job to job. If the job is extensive, it can be a per job basis to save customers money. If it's a small job, it could either be a standard rate or an hourly rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a call or e-mail is received, the customer will get a correspondence on how we will proceed. It's always free estimates and a proposal is given to the customer. Once the proposal is accepted, an estimate is given together with the invoice for the 50% down payment, the job will be executed as expected and agreed upon, then a receipt is given after the job has been completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been in the construction business over 20 years.
