Introduction: I am a trained coach and energy worker who understands the journey of bridging the gap between head and heart. I am an ICF certified coach, Certified Law of Attraction Coach and Certified Reiki Master practitioner and am incredibly passionate about supporting others to move forward in their life and heal any old wounds that might come up in the process. I am not a therapist, but I have been told that sessions with me are therapeutic.
I coach heart-centered professionals on making the mindset and energy shifts necessary so they can confidently be who they are and move forward.
I also guide job-seekers and podcast interviewees in how to present their best, most confident self in interviews.
I currently offer single, 90-minute Limiting Beliefs coaching sessions where we will explore, uncover and debunk whatever limiting beliefs you have around a single subject, so you can reclaim your personal truths and begin to manifest in that area of your life more quickly.
I also offer interview coaching sessions that can be done in one long appointment, or broken up into 2 shorter appointments (depends on your timeframe).
I also offer personal coaching packages, starting at 3 months or longer.
I consider myself a recovering perfectionist, constantly learning and growing and have learned that as awesome as our minds are, the real flow and balance comes in when we can connect our brain to what our heart keeps trying to tell us and acknowledge that we have the ability to tap into the inner wisdom and guidance of our Higher Self, if we allow it.
I honor you as the expert on your life and will guide you towards creating whatever it is you desire, while helping you to see potential blind spots. For clients who are open to it, we may do guided meditations and various Law of Attraction processes to go deeper, heal and magnetize to you that which you want.

I love coaching because I love empowering people. I love when a client starts to see how awesome they already are and one-by-one, roadblock after roadblock starts to fall away. I love Reiki because sometimes we need to get out of our head and stop over-thinking and over-analyzing everything so much. I know I love being the recipient of energy work and love that I'm able to provide that service to my clients, as well.
