James was professional, answered all my questions (particularly about LED brightness levels), and installed my light fixture quickly and efficiently!
The motherboard for my kitchen ventilation hood was repeatedly burning out without obvious explanation. The appliance technician suggested that the breaker was faulty as the cause. Luke Dudley of Bright Design Electric promptly excluded the breaker as a cause right away and confirmed the problem was the motherboard indeed. Luke was exceptional! He was prompt, knowledgeable and very personable. I will certainly use Bright Design in the future. I give 5 stars!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, we always try to get an idea of what the customer expects, in the short and long term. Initially, we gather as much information as we can and then schedule a free on-site estimate to evaluate the situation in person.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Electrical started as a way to “make ends meet” but quickly turned into something I realized myself and my team were very skilled at and passionate about! I have gained quite a lot of experience over the years, including getting my contractor’s license and the rest is history.
I take pride in my craft and plan to continue helping clients with their electrical needs.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently did a new construction full electrical install for a customer we met through Thumbtack!
We got the project done in the customers timeframe and budget.
