I was very happy with Colton Rea of Rocky Hill Electric. He took care of all the items on my to-do list. I just wish I had called them sooner! Colton even found a complicated wiring issue that no one else had discovered and fixed it! I will definitely use them again.

I hired Rocky Hill Electric to install a dedicated outlet for a new hot tub and then hot tub connection. I also had them do a plug swap out for a sump pump and install a new exterior light. They did an excellent job and seemed very knowledgeable. Their bid was competitive and I would hire them again.

I hired Rocky Hill Electric to help with some upgrades to a townhouse that I recently moved into. They installed new can lights in the kitchen and new light devices throughout the home, ensuring all outlets are now up to code. Rocky Hill Electric installed a new panel and coordinated with PGE for the switchover. The employees were processional, kept us informed of the progress and very friendly. Rocky Hill Electric absolutely exceeded every expectation I had.
We needed all of our hardwired smoke/CO detectors replaced and, after dealing with nonstop alarms and trying to figure out the best path forward, I was stressed going into the process. From the very first call, Hayley in the office was phenomenal. She was responsive, organized, professional, and made scheduling and invoicing incredibly smooth and easy.
Colton came out to do the work and was outstanding. He replaced the entire system quickly, professionally, and efficiently, and the final cost actually came in under the original quote. Everything was explained clearly, the work was clean and organized, and the entire experience felt thoughtful and high quality from start to finish.
What impressed me most was that they went above and beyond while they were here. They took the time to check on and fix a few other issues around the house as well, which they absolutely did not have to do. That level of care and professionalism is rare.
It is very easy to see why Rocky Hill Electric has such incredible reviews. Every person I interacted with was excellent, and this was genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve had with any home service company.

It is $96 to get a fully stocked van and professional technician to your door, on time, with a smile, clean and ready to work. From there they will build a custom estimate for the proposed work, and will show it to you before doing any work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our office will collect the customer's information and schedule a technician to assess the situation. After an onsite visit, the technician will discuss potential solutions and pricing with the homeowner. If possible, we can complete the work the same day, or if preferred, provide an estimate and return at a later time. We will accommodate whichever option best suits the homeowner's needs!
