Dan Strassberg helped me regain strength and mobility after I had had a badly broken leg. I am no longer in my twenties, yet Dan encouraged me and got me to do the exercises he wisely prescribed with precision and with enthusiasm. Having had a 2010 broken back, pelvis, and sternum from my also physically demanding career, Dan was good with great pep at targeting the areas I needed to target. I can still hear his husky, encouraging voice as he led me through exercise machines and on stair walks. You could not go wrong with Dan as your trainer. One gets a sense he genuinely cares for his clients. He is extremely punctual and one can only have laudatory praise for this kind and supportive trainer. Additionally, I would comment that Dan has years of experience and he has an intuitive ability to know just which exercises one needs and in which order of sequence the exact areas his client needs to work on while also balancing the needs of each person's body as a whole. I always feel Dan gives me a good workout and I always feel glad I have worked with him. He knows the body inside and out and would make an excellent trainer for any future clients.

I knew it was important to select an experienced and knowledgeable trainer, as well as someone who was able to keep me motivated and focused on my goals. Dan was impressive with his time spent discussing and clarifying those goals upon our first meeting. His genuine interest in my overall well being included nutrition, proper use of equipment and daily motivational words. He was always so good in modifying his training style to my limitations pre and post op reconstructive surgeries. I would highly recommend Dan to anyone, he is someone you can build a trust in, knowing that he will definitely help you meet your goals. Yes, I surpassed my goals, felt and look pretty darn good!!! Thanks to Dan. After 8 years, I’m still quoting what I have learned from Dan. IMMPRESSIVE!!

Dan was my personal trainer for several years. He was instrumental in helping to improve my strength and conditioning during this time. Dan is especially good at teaching you the form of how the various exercises are suppose to be done during the course of a workout and this results in good muscular gains with little or no chance of injury. I recommend Dan to anyone who wants to get a good workout and good results.

I'm 80 years old with back and balance issues. Since working with Dan for the last six weeks I'm able to walk twice as far with no rest stops. My chiropractor noticed I'm getting my Glutes back. He also said my back is the best he has seen it. I feel very safe with Dan. I know he will not allow me to hurt myself, fall, or over do it. Dan is very knowledgeable, but most of all he listens to my issues and assesses my ability. I know he is really helping me. Bob G.
