jackie b says, "I had a good experience with this company. I would recommend them to anyone. Heres why:1. They helped me early on a Sunday morning when I was without heat. It is not easy to find a company that is on call 24/7. They agreed to send someone out within a couple of hours of my call. It does cost extra on the weekend. My heat started working again so we made an appt. that was convenient for me on the following Thursday.2. The technician they sent out, Rohan, was very pleasant, knowledgeable and he kept me apprised of his arrival time. He also explained everything to me.3.Given the information I received, I decided to have a new unit installed, that had a 10 yr. warantee. That was done 2 days later at my convenience.4. There was a glitch at the end where my hot water heater was out due to the installation. I called them on Sunday & they sent someone right out to take care of it.5. They applied the cost of my service call to the cost of the new unit & gave me a veterans (or senior discount), & thanked me for my service! The owner is a veteran too."See more

j thomas says, "Rudy and his team installed a new heat pump with new ducting and did a great job. I live in the country and my old ducting was under the house. It was a constant battle patching the old ductwork. He installed the new ductwork in the attic which was challenging with the height of my ceilings.Once the system was installed we realized I had a defective heat pump. It took awhile to get the manufacturer to replace it but Rudy was very persistent until I received a replacement unit. I had chronic sinusitis with the old system and my air quality since I replaced the system has shown significant improvement. I wished I had replaced the system sooner. Thank you Rudy!"See more
