We were impressed with the dedication, hard work, creativity, and exceptional communication skills Kirk brought to our remodeling project. Our cottage was built in 1915 and presented a number of unexpected challenges during the course of the project. Kirk was consistently thoughtful and resourceful in his approach to dealing with these challenges and we are quite happy with the outcome. We have received numerous compliments from our neighbors on our rebuilt front wall and the repairs to our front deck. We would definitely work with Kirk and VYD Construction again.

VYD Construction (Kirk) put in a new hardwood floor in my bedroom as well as a new tiled floor in the master bathroom. The quality of work was outstanding! Kirk and his team are very detailed and ensure the work they do is of the highest quality. Further, the project was done on time and within budget. I am already planning to have VYD work on another project in mid-February 2025.

Kirk was great to work with! We needed to do an update on our bathroom and were very pleased with the work that was done. Kirk was always communicative and punctual. There were a couple adjustments we needed to do as the walls were opened up and Kirk was transparent and answered all our questions!
