I hired Kevin Rodriguez for painting. My exterior wall paint was cracking and peeling. Kevin spent the entire day peeling and smoothing the walls. His quality of work is very good. After repaint, my exterior walls looks smooth and clean. He was on time for work, answered all my questions and left my place clean at the end of the day. I highly recommend him for painting job.

Kevin fixed two areas of our LVP floor: (1) replaced broken nosing on a stair and (2) replaced two broken pieces of LVP and fixed the uneven subfloor underneath so they will would not break again. He did great work, helped me with several questions leading up to the fix, and was very professional. The areas he fixed blend seamlessly with the untouched areas of the floor. We’re extremely happy with our service and recommend him to anyone.
