Eliseo and his crew did a great job on refurbishing one old wood deck and one very old composite deck. I got 4 different quotes and while he wasn’t the least expensive, he also wasn’t the most expensive even after some unexpected things were discovered. His crew cleaned up each day and any concerns or questions were answered or dealt with in a very timely manner. I would definitely use him again.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Berios Construction to build a new fence for my front yard, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The quality of the fence itself is exceptional and I was impressed with their level of craftsmanship.
Elisio gave attention to detail throughout the process and made good recommendations to ensure it was solid, of good quality and aesthetically pleasing. When all was done, the fence was solid, built well and greatly improved the appearance of my house.
He and his crew were professional, punctual, respectful, and consistently kept the work area tidy which I greatly appreciated. Their bid price was competitive with others and he stood out with his knowledge base and discussion about my options. I highly recommend Berios Construction for your job.
Details: Home • Replace fence or gate • Wood • 100 - 150 feet • 4 feet • No fence obstacles exist in the work area

Eliseo and his team did a great job on our fence project. He was communicative throughout, on time always. He and his crew worked SO hard. They accommodated a late change to the fence design that added a bunch of work and just made it happen.
The final fence product is sturdy and good looking, just what we wanted. We got a number of other bids for significantly more money. Maybe some of those contractors would taken care of some of the finer carpentry details which Eliseo's team didn't make time for, but overall the value and quality of the work exceeded our expectations.
Details: Residential • Completely replace an existing fence/gate • Provide privacy • Mark property lines • Wood • 51 - 100 feet • 6 feet • 3 gates • I'm ready to hire the right fence pro based on price & fit

Elisio and his team were incredible. For my garage to studio convert, Elisio installed insulation, drywall, a cedar plank ceiling and bath ceiling fan. Great attention to detail and quality of work (some of the finest drywall work I have seen!).
Elisio is straightforward and transparent to work with. His team is punctual and kept working areas clean and tiny.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When we give the price for the project we don’t change the price unless the owner wants to adapt more work or the owner wants to change the order for more work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet and we talk about the project that we have to do and I explain to him how we work and how important it is for us that all the customers are happy with the job and give him the best price for his project and what day we start and how long it will take.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked with different companies and I went to classes to make sure all the work I do is correct.
