Berios Contruction repaired broken parts of my redwood deck and followed up to stain and waterproof the new redwood. The work was solid and well done. Berios only rebuilt the parts of the deck where the wood was rotten; he did not try to upsell me into replacing the whole deck. I was very satisfied with the work, and would hire Eliseo Berios again for my carpentry and other home construction needs. Tara H.

Elisio and his team did a great job rebuilding my deck. The deck had a fair amount of rot and Elisio not only replaced the deck boards, but my sure the structure of the deck was solid for the next 20 years. It is clear Elisio has knowledge of the current construction code and everything was built to ensure the safety of our 4 year old. I would recommend Elisio and his team for your next deck project.

I'm a garden designer working on a project in a city outside my usual service area. Berios replaced my backyard and side of my house and driveway with beautiful pavers. They were very responsive and did a great job, and everything was at an amazing price. They showed up around 8:30am every morning and would work until 2-4pm in the afternoon. The project moved very quickly, it took about a week and a half with other projects added on. Elisio was really good at explaining everything along the way, and his background in irrigation and landscaping design was really helpful when we were adding a sleeve beneath the pavers for irrigation. They also took on a few other projects as they went, because I realized I needed a little more help. They removed the grass in our backyard and leveled the ground and extended the pavers down the driveway when we realized it wouldn’t look very good if connected with cement. I already recommended Berios to a neighbor and I’ll definitely be reaching out for more work as it comes up. Thanks guys!

When we give the price for the project we don’t change the price unless the owner wants to adapt more work or the owner wants to change the order for more work.

We meet and we talk about the project that we have to do and I explain to him how we work and how important it is for us that all the customers are happy with the job and give him the best price for his project and what day we start and how long it will take.

I worked with different companies and I went to classes to make sure all the work I do is correct.
