Eliseo and his crew did a great job on refurbishing one old wood deck and one very old composite deck. I got 4 different quotes and while he wasn’t the least expensive, he also wasn’t the most expensive even after some unexpected things were discovered. His crew cleaned up each day and any concerns or questions were answered or dealt with in a very timely manner. I would definitely use him again.

Recently, Berios Construction remodeled and rebuilt our existing porches. Elisio was quick to respond to our messages, arrive for meetings and to send an estimate. Eliseo and his loyal team of four skilled craftsmen built a large attached deck behind my house. They worked as a team stressing on accurate measurements and leveling to make sure the deck is solid and last a lifetime! Deck floor with creative bordering using Timbertech PVC makes a wonderful touch. Only took two weeks to build this large deck! I am very happy with the outcome! Thank you Eliseo and his Berios team!

The Berios team responded to an unusual request to raise a spa from flush in our deck to surface level promptly and with creativity. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When we give the price for the project we don’t change the price unless the owner wants to adapt more work or the owner wants to change the order for more work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet and we talk about the project that we have to do and I explain to him how we work and how important it is for us that all the customers are happy with the job and give him the best price for his project and what day we start and how long it will take.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked with different companies and I went to classes to make sure all the work I do is correct.
