There are a few options out there for junk removal. I met with five companies and Ty and Adam from BAJA were hands down the best by far. Our job required demolition and removal of heavy items from a 4 story rooftop. BAJA came up with a clear plan and proactively considered risks and issues no one else thought of. Their bid was competitive and the work was done beautifully, efficiently and on time. Their entirebcrew worked really well together and they cleaned up everything after. BAJA also works with local non profits and donates/repurchases items that others would dump into landfill. I will hire them again and recommend them without reservation. Bay Area Junk Alliance did same day within a couple hours pickup of 3 mattresses, bed frame, box springs, and 2 cupboards. It was loaded quickly and efficiently and we were done within 15 min. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is based on the size, weight and items being picked up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once contact has been made we always make it a point to come out and give an estimate in person. This allows us to introduce pure selves and give the most accurate quote. If coming out in person is not an option we always appreciate any pictures or video of the job to ensure we are properly prepared and can accommodate. No job is the same and we pride ourselves on great customer service.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Do your homework as there are lots of fly by night people in this industry looking to make a quick buck. Make sure you go with a legit company that is environmentally friendly and fully insured. A big reason we started Bay Area Junk Solutions was to help the environment, and make sure that the items we pick up are disposed of properly and not just hauled off to the landfill.
