Pricing is based on the size, weight and items being picked up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contact has been made we always make it a point to come out and give an estimate in person. This allows us to introduce pure selves and give the most accurate quote. If coming out in person is not an option we always appreciate any pictures or video of the job to ensure we are properly prepared and can accommodate. No job is the same and we pride ourselves on great customer service.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your homework as there are lots of fly by night people in this industry looking to make a quick buck. Make sure you go with a legit company that is environmentally friendly and fully insured. A big reason we started Bay Area Junk Solutions was to help the environment, and make sure that the items we pick up are disposed of properly and not just hauled off to the landfill.
