I always use fresh ideas and fresh local ingredients to create memorable meals and experiences. I create menu cards for every event and bring flowers and candles (if appropriate) to decorate the tables, making it that much more personable and special.
I have always loved cooking ever since I was a young girl helping my mom in the kitchen. And I've found that when I cook for people it can be so rewarding for me and my way of taking care of them.
