- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basic price for service call / diagnostic is 75$ Basic price for labor is 250$, when customer agreed with repair estimate We give each new client a discount on repeated service call of $ 25 and a 10% discount on labor. We also give an additional 5% discount on labor for seniors and veterans We try to keep the cost of repairs as low as possible while maintaining the highest quality of service. It's not easy, but your positive feedback keeps us afloat and keeps moving forward
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To begin our collaboration with new customers, we kindly request their ************, address, *****, and a brief description of the issue at hand. Once we have these details, we work together with the client to schedule a suitable time for diagnostics or repairs. This allows us to provide prompt and efficient service to meet the customer's needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
EPA Section 608 Universal Certification for refrigerant handling (required for HVAC and sealed-refrigeration appliance work), plus formal trade-school training in HVAC systems and electrical fundamentals. I hold California State Contractor License (CSLB #1136642) and BEAR Registration #50788 for appliance repair. I also complete ongoing manufacturer-led continuing education on equipment from Carrier, Trane, Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Goodman, Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador, and others to stay current as products and refrigerants evolve.
