Andrew was awesome! It was super refreshing to see someone come in and explain the issue so well and tell me no repairs or upgrades were needed. He came in for maintenance, explained the situation very professionally and patiently. Did not upsell AT ALL (which appears to be the norm these days). His fees were also very fair and reasonable. I hope to not have any issues in the future but will be happily calling him when needed.
Great experience! thank you for thorough analysis and root causing the issue quickly and saving ton of costs from replacing entire motor like other company recommended.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For appliance and HVAC repairs, the diagnostic visit is $99 and is credited toward the completed repair. After diagnosis, we provide a written repair estimate for your approval before work begins.
A visit to assess a new HVAC installation is usually free.
Coffee machines use a separate pickup and bench-diagnosis deposit, confirmed before booking. That deposit is not credited toward the repair; the $99 diagnostic does not apply to coffee machines.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To begin our collaboration with new customers, we kindly request their contact information and a brief description of the issue at hand. Once we have these details, we work together with the client to schedule a suitable time for diagnostics or repairs. This allows us to provide prompt and efficient service to meet the customer's needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our HVAC work is covered by California contractor license CSLB #1136642, and our appliance repair business is registered with BEAR #50788. Andrew holds EPA certification for refrigerant handling. We have factory training for Daikin and Mitsubishi HVAC equipment. We service Sub-Zero and Viking independently.
