As a first time home buyer, I did not know what to expect nor do I have an inkling of an idea on how these small time contracting jobs for services and repairs work. Also, not having any idea on AC unit repair and servicing doesn’t help much either. I was lucky to have found David to help me out with the issue with my AC unit. He was a thorough professional, very patient with answering all my questions, was willing to spend as much time as needed to address the problem while explaining to me how everything works. He even showed me how to complete small DIY servicing tasks, after the repairs are done in order to keep the AC unit functioning without any issues in the future or as long as it can. He also recommended alternate solutions to address these kind of issues and also provided honest estimates on the costs involved. As I said earlier, I was lucky to have found David to help me with this repair job. Thank you David!
