- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard price list I go off everyone has a little different hair formula that fits best for my client. Regarding what we decide to do and how it takes to get to it if it’s more or less than my standard prices than I’m willing to work with the price. I want my clients to be happy and fair for the both of us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I either offer a free consultation which takes anywhere from 15 minutes to 45 minutes And if they don’t have time for a consultation I’ll just add more time to there first apt. So we can figure what best suites my client. Either way I’m happy to do.
