Illya was amazing! He was super friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. Our dishwasher wasn’t working, and he was able to diagnose and solve the issue within the first 10 minutes.
He also took the time to explain what happened and gave us helpful information on what we should do moving forward. We really appreciate his professionalism and how easy he was to work with.
We’ll definitely be calling Illya for any future appliance issues. He’s officially our appliance guy! Highly recommend!

Prompt, polite, reliable, honest and showed attention to detail...definitely did not feel ripped off, unlike last gouging repair person found online. Would recommend or utilize CareFix again if situation arose. CareFix Repairman saved me money ultimately, as being my second opinion on job, he quickly assessed and analyzed issue, and simply cleaned lint from the circuit board on insides of a dryer, when previous bidder on this job expected me to give him cash to buy new expensive part.

I start by clarifying the issue and identifying which appliance is involved. Then I ask for the address so I can add the job to my schedule and arrange a convenient time with the customer. After that, I inspect the unit, explain the diagnosis, and provide a clear quote. If parts are needed, I offer options and time estimates. I aim to complete the repair the same day whenever possible.
