What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the scope of work, project complexity, existing electrical conditions, and materials required. For many projects, we can provide a preliminary estimate based on photos and project details. For troubleshooting or projects that require an on-site evaluation, a diagnostic or service fee may apply. Any additional work and pricing will always be discussed and approved before we proceed, so there are no unexpected charges.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the project and asking the customer to send photos and details. Clear photos of all electrical panels, with the breakers visible, are especially important because they help us evaluate the existing electrical system and better understand the scope of work. We also ask for photos of the project area and any equipment or fixtures being installed.
Based on this information, we can often provide a preliminary estimate before scheduling a visit. If an on-site evaluation or troubleshooting is required, we schedule a service visit. Before starting any work, we confirm the scope and pricing with the customer. Once approved, we complete the work safely, professionally, and according to electrical code.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a California C-10 Licensed Electrical Contractor (License #1135624), Tesla Certified Installer, SPAN Authorized Installer, and a PG&E Trade Ally Network Contractor.
