The service was incredible. I called around for a few days and was unhappy with the various companies I talked to: the lack of professionalism, high quotes and worried about what they really did with all the stuff I had. Also, there are places to take everything, but who has the time? I got a call from Kyle within 20 miniutes of my sending a online request. He's a former High Tech guy who is committed to a green environment. Kyle showed up with his super green son in a new tricked out recycle truck. A neighbor came over and when they finished with me they immediately helped my neighbor Dave. I want to be more responsible with the environment and like that they are committed to delievering all items to places that will properly recycle. They picked everything up and even cleaned up where the stuff was! They are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to be helpful. I highly recommend this company and will be sharing their vision and services with everyone I know.

I had a huge amount of old stuff to clear out of my house... decades of accumulation from several people's lives. Some was pure trash, a lot that should be recycled, and quite a lot that was quite usable by someone, just not me. I wanted to get rid of it all but I wanted it dealt with responsibly. I was really happy to find The Junk Project. They came and took everything away very quickly and professionally. They told me how they were going to handle the various classes of items, ranging from recycling to consignment to charities. To be honest, I don't have any proof that they do these things, but they seemed very knowledgeable and sincere and it is the stated philosophy of the company, so I'm taking it on faith. I will definitely hire them again in the future.

Job entailed removal of a couple of old kitchen and laundry appliances and various smaller items prior to selling an old home. I appreciated the prompt, efficient service (gave a half hour window for arrival instead of half day!) and the thorough manner in which items were removed. Cost was slightly more than estimate but logical reason for increase was given. I will use this service again when needed.

Kyle and Dylan were amazing to work with. They were very prompt to respond to all of our inquiries, arrived early, and at the end of the job, courteously cleaned up and swept the areas from which the junk was removed. Their genuine and passionate commitment to dispose of our junk in an environmentally responsible way is very refreshing and meets an important need in today's world. All of this and they're very affordable too! I would highly recommend them for any of your removal needs.

Corporate Office and Research Laboratory Clean-Up.
The Quote Process: Kyle responded to email promptly. Dates for the walk-through and the pick-up were set-up in a timely manner. The quote was generated in less than 24 hours. Kyle was willing to work with us, accommodated our schedule, and was flexible with the types of items we had (office furniture, lab equipment, green house supplies, etc.)
Junk Removal Process: Kyle and his crew were on-time. They problem solved quickly a few items that were heavier and larger than expected. He was mindful of our schedule, and made-it-work.
Overall: I had a positive experience with Kyle and The Junk Project. The team is professional, willing to work with you, and everything is clearly communicated from start to finish.
