We were in town for a bachelor party and needed transportation to San Francisco from Castro Valley. They picked us up on time and drove us bar hopping. They waited for us to drive us from bar to bar. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually push for a 4 hour minimum but message me with any request that are lower such as an airport pickup or drop off at specific times. It’s a 25% deposit to secure your date and time. The rest is due upon pickup.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Reach out with the date and times needed. I’ll send a quote back to you. If agreeable we take a 25% deposit to lock in that date and time for your group of up to 11 people.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We had a van that sat for much of the week so we started offering private rides to those in need.
