- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can work with your budget. I understand weddings can get expensive so I try to help lessen the stress of makeup and hair. Please ask. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations 60 Days in advance will have no charge for project. 30 Days in advance will be charged half of price for project. Any cancellation day of or within 30 days will be charged full price quoted. The rate I give is based on amount of people in the party so if a member in party cancels, rate will change based on pricing given. Also, please have payment ready day of event. Tips are appreciated. Thank you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I make a pre trial appt to go over hairstyles, looks, match the right foundation and confirm booking with a deposit. Each pre trial is charged separately.
