I’ve had quite a few massages in my life, and last year, I moved to the Bay Area and was looking for a new massage therapist. I took a chance at getting a deep tissue massage from Jose at the Healing Hands Spa in San Ramon, and I say this without exaggeration -- it was the best I’ve ever had. Since then, I’ve been going to Jose at least once a month for a two hour session. He is clearly talented in many different modalities, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and sports massage, all of which I’ve greatly enjoyed. Each new session seems to be better than the last, as Jose deftly adapts to working with my body and personal goals. After each session, I feel a profound sense of relaxation; for days afterwards, I feel more in tune with my body, from heightened mental clarity and well-being, to increased flexibility and improved performance when working out. I’m still amazed at the significant positive differences that I experience each time. Without a doubt, Jose is highly skilled at his craft. He’s also dependable, always on time, and very hard-working. I confidently recommend him to anyone looking for a massage therapist!

Jose Luis was very professional. He would let me know what he was doing, and would try to help me stay relaxed. He was very responsive and accommodating, and had checked in with me for two days post massage to check on how I am feeling. .I highly recommend.

I was looking for a massage therapist in the East Bay and luckily found Jose. He was really helpful and flexible in making sure that my partner and I could have a great couples massage. I originally planned for a Swedish massage but he noticed I would benefit from a deep tissue massage more and transitioned to that in the middle. Would definitely recommend checking out Jose!

Jose Luis was friendly and punctual. We went to him to have anterior pelvic tilt corrected. Even thyme was able to identify the problem, he couldn’t tell us right exercises and precautions to completely remove it. He did assure us before hand that he can help us with the problem.

I offer discounts for first time clients on 90/120 minute sessions. I also reward clients who schedule more than once within 30 days.

I have new clients fill out a one page intake form to evaluate your body’s current state and rule out contraindications as well as taking note of your preferences.
