- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
YNM’s pricing is fair and competitive. We are always 100% upfront with how you are charged, so there is no surprises. We provide the best service at the best price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At YNM, we like to take our time to really listen to the customer’s needs and help them along that process to figure out what services will best suit them. Even if we don’t wind up working with that particular customer, if we were able to help steer them in the right direction that is seen as a win.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in sales for the better part of 5 years, 3 of which have been focused on building a name for myself and my business as well as networking. Prior to that I did door to door sales. In all my experience I have found that in our current society, those who succeed are those who understand how to put people first, and operate in truth, with an attitude of love.
