We are transparent with our fees and services. We charge 8% of the monthly rent. Check out our website under pricing and see all what we do for the 8%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We initially set up a discovery call to answer your questions and find out if we can help with your current situation and if we would be a good fit or not. Once that's established, we set an appt. to come meet at the house and strategize how to maximize your rental.
