Bret cancelled our appointment via text on the day/time he was intended to arrive, and while I felt he should have called to notify me in advance, I understood that sometimes things come up. He assured me through text that he would then come by the following weekend at a specific time, and again at the time he was supposed to arrive I received a text message saying that I was out of ranged and that I lived too far away -- he would not be able to make it. This comes despite his reaching out for the work, and assurances to perform repairs same day. ...I cannot speak to the quality of Bret's work, but I can say that he was unreliable and that communication was poor. His actions showed he was also clearly unconcerned with how he might impact my schedule. Update: Brett’s recount of events is totally false. Don’t set yourself up with someone who will lie about something as basic as waiting to cancel an appt until appt time. #integrityissues

I was very pleased with the final result from Custom Metal and Wrought iron. I emailed Bret photos, measurements and reference for the utility cage I needed and in a very short turn-around, he delivered a perfect product that fit exactly. Very sturdy, well made and built to last! I will recommend his work and definitely keep his company in mind for future projects.
