FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
G&D Demolition Inc. Pricing is always transparent and based on the specific needs of your project. Every estimate includes labor, equipment, disposal, and all necessary safety measures. Final cost depends on the size of the job, access to the work area, materials involved, and any required permits. I provide free on‑site estimates, and there are no hidden fees.** If a project requires dump fees, specialty equipment, or additional labor, I explain those costs upfront before any work begins. Discounts are available for multi‑service projects, returning customers, and seniors. I also offer competitive pricing for larger demolition or removal jobs. My goal is to give you a fair, accurate price and deliver high‑quality work with no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start's by having a quick conversation to understand the customer’s needs and the scope of the project. From there, I usually request photos or schedule a free on‑site visit so I can see the job in person and provide an accurate estimate. Once I’ve inspected the project, I explain the recommended work, timeline, and pricing in a clear, detailed way so the customer knows exactly what to expect. I answer any questions and make sure the customer is comfortable before moving forward. After approval, we schedule the work at a time that fits the customer’s schedule. My team and I arrive on time, complete the job safely and professionally, and keep the work area clean throughout the process. When the project is finished, I walk the customer through the completed work to ensure everything meets their expectations. Customer satisfaction is always my priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over a decade of hands‑on experience in demolition, construction, and property maintenance, supported by professional training in safety, equipment operation, and job‑site best practices.** Over the years, I’ve worked on residential, commercial, and structural projects, which has given me a strong understanding of building systems, materials, and safe removal techniques. I’ve completed **OSHA‑based safety training**, including proper PPE use, hazard identification, and safe demolition procedures. I’m also trained in **equipment operation** such as skid steers, breakers, saws, compactors, and other demolition tools. In addition to field experience, I stay current with **industry standards, code requirements, and safe‑work practices**, and I continue to expand my knowledge through ongoing training and certifications related to demolition, construction, and hazardous materials handling. My goal is to bring professional skill, safety, and reliability to every project.
