- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer payment plans that are the same as cash (contact us for further details.) However, the decision to make payments is yours, as everyone's situation varies. We allow you to make payments of any amount at any time. Each payment will result in a receipt and your account being updated within 24 hours. Your balance is not due until the week of your wedding, so you have the option to wait until then.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To reserve your date, a $250 deposit is required as well as an e-signed contract. The deposit is applied to the total amount. It seems that this is a common practice for many, and we can't believe it is so widespread.
