FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my pricing is upfront and transparent. There are no hidden fees. If there’s a possibility there might be an issue in completing the work. I always layout all the variables to my client before getting started and if the client does not approve, I do not proceed. I offer discounts for veterans, active duty, seniors, previous customers and essential service workers like medical staff and teachers. Our pricing is fair and fixed. Since I am the one who inspects the potential project prior to providing a quote I hold myself accountable and do as I say, if I miss something on the job, I cover it myself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers, my goal is to build a trust from the start. I began by listening to their concerns, inspecting the system thoroughly and explaining when I find in a clear honest way from there, I provide the service they need that fits their budget and offer ongoing support through a preventative maintenance agreement so their system stays reliable year around. For my 16 years of being in the industry as a professional, I’ve worked for some very reputable companies and learned a very few like to maintain equipment because there isn’t as much money in it. I believe in maintaining equipment until it fails and the client is ready to replace it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started in the Hvac field at 18 as an air duct cleaner and installer working with my uncle by 21. I moved into full system installations as an apprentice and by 26. I was completing residential and commercial installs and running service calls on my own, most of my training comes from years of hands-on experience, supported by manufacturer training through Daikin company courses and ongoing research industry conferences. At 37 I am still learning in this constantly evolving industry.
