Nick was great, he fixed my iron entry gate that had rusted. I was told from another company that the gate had to be replaced, but Nick took one look at my gate and told me that my gate can be fixed without buying a new one. He fixed it and it looks amazing, Nick takes PRIDE into his work. I highly recommend Nick for your iron jobs.

I cant say enough good things about these guys. Always on time. no BS when it comes to pricing. 100% honest. Price was mid range, work quality was very high range. There was no bait and switch. No sneaky extras added. Very honest. A++++ company. They did a cinderblock wall, haul away, electrical, paint, and gate resizing. I am already hiring them again for more work. Ive recommended them to all my friends and family.

Work not completed yet. However I'm looking forward to working with Raul. Nick Sanchez modern fencing just based on the timeliness to respond to my request and the submission of a work order and estimate of charges. It was very professional. terms of estimate clearly identified in written format.Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond my control, I had to postpone the date where he can begin to work. He was very accommodating and reasonable and just based on the interaction with him through written text messages. I feel confident that the job is going to be excellent. I would not use EGC Fencing even if they work for free. The boss books the job and promises he will be there, then he sends someone else that I was not expecting, only spoke Spanish. I don't speak Spanish. He was supposed to fix a driveway gate that was leaning because the hinges could not handle the gate's weight—paid $500 for the job. He removed the old hinges and installed what should have been the proper load bearing hinges. That was on 12/2/2020. Less than 60 days later the gate is leaning again. So these hinges are substandard as the previous ones. I have been trying to reach him thru the app multiple messages but got no response. I may have to take him to court or hire someone else to fix his sloppy work. So be warned if you are looking for a reliable, honest service, skip this company. I will also contact the app to see if they can help me in this matter. I was not expecting the level of bad service from a contractor on this app. Very sad. Update: Thumbtack resolution desk ordered EGC to redo the job. We met and agreed on a solution. The gate was fixed next day but this time the wheel was installed on the wrong side of the gate. ECG agreed to correct the error for an additional $50. After missing and moving the appointment, he finally fixed the gate at no charge even though I was ready to pay. I changed my one star rating to three stars. Although the task was completed and face to face they were polite respectful and got the job done but it should not have been this challenging. If it wasn’t for the resolution desk ordering ECG to redo the work, my next option would have been to take legal action. Dear ECG, thank you for getting the job done but I am keeping my text review as is to serve as a reminder not to treat your future customers as you treated me. I did give you a natural ratings of 3 stars.
