- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the size of the project, materials, and the level of work needed. Every home is different, so I like to take the time to understand exactly what the customer is looking for before giving an estimate. I focus on offering fair pricing for quality work, and I always aim to be upfront so there are no surprises. Estimates are free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by talking with the customer about their project, what they need, and what they have in mind. After that, I schedule a time to see the space and give a detailed estimate. Once everything is approved, we plan the project step by step and begin the work. I make sure the job is done carefully from start to finish, with attention to every detail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of hands-on experience in interior remodeling, especially kitchens and bathrooms. Over the years, I have learned through real job experience, working on different types of homes and projects. This has helped me build strong skills and a deep understanding of quality workmanship.
